Broome Western Australia

We are discussing here Broome Western Australia If I’m totally honest, I would say that the most relaxing vacation I have ever had was in Broome. It is located approximately 2,200 km north of Perth, in Western Australia. Broome is known throughout the world as one of the most pleasant tourist destinations: there is more than 22 km of the pristine white beach (and this is just one beach), as well as excellent weather all year round and many attractions for tourists (which are many during peak season!). Broome has been a pearl city for many years, and several impressive pearls come from here. In fact, I spent the pearls on the pearl tour, which cost over 15,000 Australian dollars to put a number on it. If you want to feel what it is like to travel around Western Australia, then Broome is a brilliant start.

Broome Climate

Broome has a climate that makes me very jealous here in Perth! The weather in Broome is literally the opposite of the weather in Perth. Perth is cold and / or humid from May to October and warm and dry from November to April.  The rainy season lasts from November to April, and the dry season lasts from May to October. Many people living in Western Australia often head north when it gets cold in the southern regions and then return south again when spring comes (if they have the time and money to do this!).

Dry season

Most years May is the most popular time to visit Broome. Usually, at this time in southern Australia, it is quite cold, but Broome is kept at moderate temperatures during the day and then cools slightly at night. You can expect temperatures ranging from the mid-20s to the 30s and very low humidity. At this time of the year, the sky is blue, without clouds. In addition, rain at this time is very unlikely, which means that it is great for any outdoor activities that you want to do. The temperature at night can be pretty cool, on average about 12 degrees, so make sure you have warm clothes with you!

Wet season

When I went to Broome, it was later this year, in the wet season. This is a time when there are far fewer tourists around and the weather is changing incredibly. The days are often hot and the nights are the perfect temperature. I still have memories of walking in shorts and a singlet at 10:00 a.m.! It rains mostly day or night, and when it rains, it pours! It rains very quickly and usually ends within 30 minutes. It’s not raining every day, and it gives pleasure. I found that because the temperature was so warm, even when it was raining, you could walk, get wet and stay warm enough. Amazing thunderstorms and sunsets happen during this season. For those who love bird watching, the best time to visit is the rainy season. Temperatures range from the mid-30s during the day to the mid-20s at night.

Car rent

If you decide to take off, most likely you will need a car. o do this, you really need the freedom of your own car. Just ask at the airport where you can rent your car. You can buy old bombs for a very cheap price or for a good car.

What things can I do?

f I listed everything that you can do in Broome, this post would be much longer than usual, so I will list only a few things! To start with, check out Cable Beach, which is Brum’s main beach. You can also explore the crocodile park, bird and reptile parks, the wreckage of a plane, ride a camel, fly a helicopter or take a hovercraft ride on an aircraft. Broome thrives on tourism,
